Casa Sara, was purchased in August 2003 - having agreed to buy 'off plan' in January 2003.   Casa Sara is set within a private, gated development of some 33 bungalows, all having private swimming pools.    Casa Sara is situated in Puerto del Carmen, all amenities are readily available and no hire car is required.  The beach is within a 10 minute walk, bars and restaurants a 5 minute walk, the Old Town Harbour is a 15 minute walk.    Again this has quickly become a favourite and guests return annually some, twice a year.   << Back

  About Puerto del Carmen

Puerto del Carmen is a 5 minute drive away and is the livliest and most popular resort on the island and is developed along side a long curve of gently sloping fine dark sand.

Puerto del Carmen is particularly well equipped with marine activities, including scuba diving, deep sea fishing and wind surfing.

The coastal promenade houses endless bars, restaurants, shops and some discos. The finest fish restaurants can be found in the ' Old Town ' which centres on a small fishing harbour.
