Our first purchase in Lanzarote was Finca Carolina - we purchased this in January 2000 having fell in love with it at first sight.    

Finca Carolina is a 'country house' or 'farmhouse' and has a rural setting between Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero.   The views are outstanding of the volcanos to the south of the island together with panoramic views of the ocean.   

Finca Carolina very quickly became our second home.    We have a self-contained guest annexe which we quickly realised could be rented out giving family and friends the opportunity to experience our 'home in the sun'.   This has become a favourite with many guests returning year on year.   

We rent the annexe out when the main house is un-occupied, giving guests complete privacy, exclusive use of the private swimming pool and surrounding sun terraces.
